PET 205 - Petroleum Engineering Lab I

1 credit (Hrs: 1 Lec., 2 Lab)

Experiments are conducted using fundamental core analysis techniques, which determine porosity, gas and liquid absolute and relative permeabilities, fluid saturations, hydrocarbon gravities & viscosities of fluids. Lab reports required.

Prerequisite(s): Pre-requisites: CHMY 141 , CHMY 142 , WRIT 121 or WRIT 101 Co-requisites: M 171 , PET 201 Pre-requisistes: M 171 , CHMY 141 , CHMY 142 Co-requisites: PET 201 , M 172 Course generally offered both semesters.
