I.H. 5276 - Advanced Industrial Toxicology3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) Presents a detailed study of specific industrial chemical classifications and target organs including such topics as exposure routes, acute and chronic toxicity and high risk occupational groups. Current industrial toxicological research methods are covered. Regulatory efforts concerned with providing toxicological information regarding chemical exposures in the workplace are also discussed. Prerequisites:
Prerequisite(s): Graduate Standing or Consent of Instructor. Course generally offered 2nd semester.
