SET 120 - Introduction To Programmable Logic Controllers3 credits (Hrs: 1 Lec., 4 Lab) This course focuses on basic, essential features of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) which are used fro the control and operation of industrial automated equipment and machinery. Various types of PLCs and their uses in industrial environments including basic concepts, programming, applications, troubleshooting of ladder logic, and interfacing of equipment will also be covered.
Prerequisite(s): M 095 , SET 110 .
