UAS 502 - Advanced Flight Lab

This lab is designed to offer students hands-on flight practice with advanced UAS platforms, for example, professional UASs (hexacopters), fixed wing UASs, and indoor/underground inspection UASs. Flights will be performed with advanced sensors (thermal, multispectral, and lidar) under various environments including GNSS denied environments. Thermal and multispectral preflight calibration will be introduced.

Corequisite(s): UAS 401 and UAS 402, or consent of instructor.
