EMET 335 - Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy Lab

1 credit (Hrs: 3 Lab)

Students conduct laboratory exercises in sizing by andreasen pipette, selective flotation, rod milling, electrostatic separation, enhanced gravity separation, thickening, circulating load in industrial setting, magnetic separation, and Bond work index measurement.

Prerequisite(s): EMET 234 or Instructor approval. Course generally offered 2nd semester.
