M 121 - College Algebra

Introduction to the study of functions and their applications with an emphasis on linear, polynomial, exponential, and logarithmic functions. Inverse functions, operations on functions, and transformations of functions are included.

Prerequisite(s): M 105 , M 140 , STAT 131 , STAT 216 or required test scores: ACT 22-23; SAT section score 550-570; ALEKS 46-60: or College Success 115-150. Co-Req M 191 required with test scores: ACT 20-21; SAT section score 520-540; ALEKS 30-45; or College Success 103-114. Satisfies Math core. Course generally offered year round.
