M 410 - Numerical Computing for Engineering & Science3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) An introduction to the basic algorithms of numerical analysis and the theory behind them. Topics include systems of linear and nonlinear equations, interpolation, numerical differentiation and integration and ordinary differential equations.
Prerequisite(s): M 274 or M 333 . Course generally offered 2nd semester.
