EMAT 580 - Nanoscale Materials & Technology3 credits (Hrs: 2.5 Lec., 1.5 Lab) Examines the technology and creation of functional materials, devices and systems through the control of matter on the nanometer scale (1-100 nm) from the top down as well as the bottom up including the exploitation of novel phenomena and properties (physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and electrical).
Prerequisite(s): Senior or Graduate Standing and Consent. Course generally offered 1st semester of odd numbered years.
