BGEN 236 - Business Law II3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) A study of the basic concepts of law including substantive and procedural applications, with emphasis this semester on contracts, Uniform Commercial Code (sales, negotiable instruments, banking system and secured transactions), debtor/creditor relations, bankruptcy, administrative law, professional (accountant) liability.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing or consent of instructor. Course generally offered 2nd semester.
