BIOM 302 - Microbiology of Wine Making1 credit (Hrs: 1 Lec.) This weekend workshop teaches the basics of wine making from mashing the fruit to bottling. It also includes a study of the microorganisms involved in the wine making process and their biochemical reactions. The course will conclude with a tasting of homemade wines.
