GEOE 521 - Hydrogeology and Dewatering3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) This course covers essential hydrogeological concepts and applications specific to the mining industry. The course combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and case studies. You will learn about groundwater flow principles, groundwater-surface water interactions, dewatering techniques and management, hydrogeological factors in rock stability, and numerical modeling techniques.
