NUCL 432 - Materials Science for Nuclear Energy3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec) The course is designed to equip students with a rigorous understanding of materials behavior in nuclear energy environments and the ability to apply materials science principles to challenges relevant to advanced reactor and fuel-cycle technologies.
Prerequisite(s): EMET 307 , EMAT 251 , CHMY 143 , and Senior standing; or consent of instructor.
