BMGT 422 - Project Management

3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.)

This course will focus on the skills and tools used to manage successful projects: project definition, resource scheduling, leadership, risk mitigation, communication, quality control, and project closure. Students will become familiar with Microsoft Project and other applications as available. Students will get hands-on experience with real-world projects during the semester.
