ECIV 306 - Construction Engineering

3 credits (Hrs. 3 Lec)

This course is designed to provide students with a fundamental understanding of construction engineering. Students will learn the basics of construction methods, interpreting design details and specifications, construction contracts, bidding, estimation, construction specifications, planning and scheduling, construction safety, operation costs, procurement methods, project operation and management, and administration and controls.

Prerequisite(s): Junior standing, or consent of instructor.
