GEOP 413 - Gravity & Magnetic Applications in Subsurface Exploration

3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.)

This course will cover gravity and magnetic techniques, instrumentation, and data collection including ground based and air-borne gravity and magnetic, magnetic gradiometry data collection, and software driven data processing. Emphasis will be on applications to problems associated with mineral exploration, geology earth science and engineering.

Prerequisite(s): GEOP 402 or concent of instuctor.
