MIN 305 - Mine Plant Design

3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec., 3 Lab)

This course explores the infrastructure that makes mines productive. Unit operations of conveyor haulage, hoisting systems. and auxiliary mining services such as compressed air distribution, pumping and water distribution systems, mine power distribution, rail haulage, and owning and operating costs will be covered.
