MPEM 5110 - Energy Conversion (Elective)3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) Application of thermodynamic principles to the analysis of energy conversion processes. Topics include but are not limited to steam power generation, cogeneration, internal combustion engines, refrigeration, air conditioning, heat transfer, heat recovery systems and alternative or renewable energy conversion processes.
